On Friday evening after work, I went shopping at Sainsbury\'s central.I used the free phone service to call a cab.I am a regular customer, however there are a number of different taxi companies in operation from the Taxi pick up point. When a taxi arrived, I checked out with the driver that he was from ABCO, he advised me that he was. In my views his tone was rude, he lacked good manners and customer service. He told me he had collected me sevderal times previoulsy and thyat I should recognise him and that if I did not reconise him future he did not care about loosing the taxi fare, he would refuse to drive me anywhere.I feel this comment was unnecessary and lacked politeness and curtesy.I was very disappointed with this particular cab number 251. ...
